Meet Our Team!

Originally from Madison, WI, Jeff Edmunds currently resides in Oshkosh, WI. He is the President of Aquire Restoration, Inc. and has locations in Oshkosh, WI. He earned an associate’s degree in business management and has been in the insurance property restoration industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining the insurance restoration industry he built new homes for over three years. There are not too many projects or damages he hasn’t seen with over 18 years of building and restoration experience. He currently holds ten (10) certifications with the IICRC: AMRT, ASD, CCT, CDS, FSRT, HST, OCT, UFT, RRT & WRT which earned him to be an IICRC Master Water Restorer and IICRC Master Fire/Smoke Restorer. On top of the IICRC certifications, he is certified with the RIA in MR211. He holds a Lead Safe Renovator License by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and has an OSHA safety certification to provide a safe work environment for his employees and clients. In his free time he enjoys spending time with any outdoor activity with his two children, friends, and family…his top leisure activities are golfing, boating, hiking, biking, snowmobiling and snowboarding.

Matt joined Aquire Restoration Inc. in Dec 2012. Matt has 14 years of insurance property restoration along with 12 years of residential and commercial construction experience. Matt lives in Oshkosh, WI with his wife, two boys and Lab, Ozzie. Matt spends most of his free time coaching baseball at all levels and serves on the Oshkosh North Youth Baseball Board. Any time left over is spent with his family, golfing or in the outdoors. Matt currently holds four certifications with the IICRC: AMRT, FSRT,CDS and WRT. Matt also holds a Lead Abatement Supervisor License and Asbestos Supervisor License with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Matt is dedicated to producing high quality work and complete customers satisfaction.

Mike comes to the Aquire Restoration Team with a background in Sports & Entertainment Marketing and has represented several national and international brands. Mike is originally from the Green Bay area but has spent time across the country with different football organizations. When not at the office or visiting our valued customers and referral partners, Mike spends time with his two dogs, two kids, and fiancé. The Lovelace crew loves sports, road tripping, spending time outdoors, or quality time together doing anything competitive.

MacKenzie comes to Aquire Restoration with many years of customer service experience. Her main goal is to provide each client with a high-quality experience that is as enjoyable as possible as well as being able to provide support to every member of the Aquire Restoration team! MacKenzie was born and raised in Door County, WI and currently resides in North Fond du Lac, WI with her young family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, three dogs, and two cats, as well as reading, traveling, and all types of live music.

Erin comes to Aquire with over 10 years of accounting experience! Erin graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She was born and raised near the Fox Valley but has lived and worked in both Montana and Texas before recently returning home to Wisconsin. During her free time, she enjoys being with her two dogs Groot and Nova and her two children travelling, hiking, and spending time with family at their cabin in Michigan. Erin looks forward to bringing her vast accounting experience to Aquire!

My name is John Mauer, and I am coming to Aquire after graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I have spent countless hours throughout a decade’s worth of summers working in residential construction during high school and college. This is where I gained the skills, knowledge, and confidence in the industry that I lean on to best serve you.

In my personal time outside of work I enjoy spending my days outside as much as possible. Anything from hiking, camping, as well as hunting and fishing will typically be high on my list of leisure activities. In my additional free time I like to attend sporting events, visit family, and spend time with my significant other doing things we both love.

Ian comes to Aquire with 8 years of experience from hands on building, construction sales, and managing the construction of custom-built homes. During that time, he gained extensive knowledge in framing, roofing, flooring, and finish carpentry. Ian was born and raised in Beaver Dam, WI and graduated from University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh in 2016. Ian and his wife have one son and another on the way along with two dogs, Gabby and Nala, and four chickens. During his free time, he enjoys being with his family and giving baseball lessons. Ian’s experience and knowledge will be a great addition to Aquire Restoration!

I have recently found myself back in the Fox Valley after growing up in the Lake Country, WI area, having lived in Oshkosh briefly in college. I raised my now, almost 19-year-old son and began a nursing career in the Oconomowoc area before heading back this way this way in spring of 2022.

I am still in nursing as a nursing supervisor at a local Fox Valley hospital. Though I love nursing, I wanted to find something to give me a creative outlet. When the opportunity was presented to learn kitchen and bath design, it was difficult to pass up.

In my free time, which feels few and far between some days, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our boys, catching up with family, attending sporting events (both professional and little league) and spending some solo time in the gym. We enjoy traveling to see all the world has to offer and adventuring to fun local destinations in our camper. I decided this past summer that learning how to garden could be fun. The jury is still out. We recently got a rescue puppy, Arlo, that keeps us on our toes.

I very much look forward to learning this new trade and going on the journey with you of designing the kitchen and/or bath of your dreams!

I've been a carpenter for nearly 20 years and feel lucky to say I enjoy what I do! I love bringing peoples' ideas to life. Growing up in a construction family my brothers, uncles, a grandpa, and even my mom was a carpenter!

When I'm not working, I have the honor and joy of being a father. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and watching my son, nieces, and nephews grow and develop.

I did not come to Aquire with years of carpentry experience, but carpentry is the career path I have always wanted. I’m hoping to learn and grow my skills here at Aquire.

Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with my friends, working on my car and truck, fishing, kayaking, and many other outdoor activities. Although my favorite hobby is drifting my car!

Dave was born and raised in Wauwatosa, WI and moved to Oshkosh 19 years ago. He has been happily married 23 years and has three children, two granddaughters, and a grandson on the way (YES!!). He also has a beautiful German Shepard that just turned a year old, and at 80 pounds, they definitely sleep well at night!

Dave came to Aquire with two years' experience in water and fire restoration. When it comes to water or fire damage, customers are #1 to him. He has hugged, cried, and prayed with some. Dave's job is about people and helping them get through some pretty rough times.

When he is not in your basement extracting water, packing up your belongings, or ripping out your walls, Dave enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, going on the trails with the ATV's, and jet skiing.

Dave holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT)

I’m currently a student at Oshkosh North High School and am actively involved with the baseball team. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends, attending FNL, and cleaning household appliances. I am also a member of the famous “Ball In” Rec Basketball team, celebrating 5 years of excellence building a legacy for the future. I pride myself in keeping the office, fleet and warehouse organized and ready. I also enjoy assisting the staff and in any way I can.

I’m currently a college student at Michigan Tech studying Construction Management. I pride myself in working hard and doing everything to the best of my ability. In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, and hanging out with my friends. I love to learn and am always open to learning new things!

Caring and compassionate is how I would describe myself. I’m eager to learn and ready to tackle any issue. The Restoration business has helped me acquire new skills that I have wanted to learn for some time now.

In my free time I love playing strategy games as well as different arts and crafts. Making things pretty gives me a sense of gratification!
